I’m sure that our employees are worried about their job security.

It makes perfect sense to get them involved, &amp; keep them involved, with the changes we’d like to make. 

It will go a long way to making them feel they will not only be heard on the issues that effect their daily jobs, but that they will continue be an active part of our company.
