		<description>Hi Dave,

Great question. With any changes they should be discussed at the team level and then specifically with individuals and sections within the team if the change relates to the way employees do their job. However if it relates to a new company objective for instance and their jobs stay the same then at the team level they would discuss how what they do can contribute to the changes.

Thanks

		<description>Hi Marcia,

I have a question, if you’d be so kind as to assist me?
Your line:

‘Be very clear about the business reasons for the changes – who will benefit and what will those benefits be?’

Does each employee need an assessment of how his or her own work will be affected or can it be just done just at the department level?

Thank you,
I’ll look forward to your reply,
