Hi Gerard,

Okay here are some tips. You need to run focus groups because you are aiming for discussion. You should be prepared with a theme and ask employees what they "know" to be true about something - usually it is a perception such as what they think customers really think about your organization. Then once you find out what that is you need to design an engagement strategy so you can get them to see things beyond their paradigm of thinking. It is only then employees will say "Aha!" now I get it.
For lots more step by step information <a href="http://www.mcssl.com/SecureCart/ViewCart.aspx?mid=47052F7D-751B-42AB-88BC-ED82B4BBD066&sctoken=10c8d7efe6b34712b454d983bbb2db5c&bhcp=1" rel="nofollow">click here</a>.
Thanks for your question.

Marcia-

I love the “Aha moment”.

Great way to put it.

It’s so exciting when you see it happen!

You truly know that they grasp the concept.

Do you have any ideas on HOW to get them to this moment?

Some times I have such a hard time with it.

I’d love some tips..

Thanks,
